Directions:
Food Processing & Dairy Equipment Sanitizing
1. Thoroughly clean equipment with a compatible detergent and rinse with potable water.
2. Prepare sanitizing solution at 1 oz per 5 gallons of water (200 ppm available chlorine).
3. Apply to clean surfaces and allow minimum 2 minutes contact time.
4. Allow equipment to drain and air dry prior to use.
