Thanks for shopping MMPA’s Farm Supply Store! We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us, and if you’re not, we’re here to help. At this time, the MMPA Farm Supply Store is only able to ship orders to locations in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin. We apologize for any inconvience. 

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your Farm Supply Store order, contact us at 989-317-8370 or FSSonline@nullmimilk.com before you receive the email notification that your order is complete. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel an order after it’s already in transit.

After your order has been cancelled, you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks or sooner. If you paid via credit card, it takes an estimated five to 10 business days to be refunded. If you paid via hauler or milk check deduction and the deduction has already posted to your check, you will receive your refund in your next check.

Order Return Policy

If you’re unhappy with your product, you may return most new, unopened items within a year of delivery for a full refund. Products ineligible for refunds after being returned include those that are past expired or within six months of expiration and products that are no longer in the same condition that they were received in.

If you received the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible. If we hear from you within a month after you receive it, we will fix our mistake, give you a full refund and even pay for return shipping.

For eligible products, you should expect to receive your refund within one month of shipping the returned product back to us, however, many times, it is even faster than that. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and either the time it takes your bank to process our refund request if you paid via credit card (5 to 10 business days) or until you receive your next milk check if you paid that way (14 to 21 business days).

If you are calling to return a damaged item you received, please email us a photo of the damaged product to FSSonline@nullmimilk.com. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Order Exchange Policy

If you would rather exchange a product, you will need to complete a return and we will give you a coupon code for the value of the item you return (not including shipping) to be used at the Farm Supply Store to purchase your new item.

The same holds true for our exchange policy as our return policy – most products are eligible to be exchanged if they are new, unopened and in the same condition that you received them. Products ineligible for exchange include those that are past expired or within six months of expiration.

If you received a damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible. If we hear from you within a month after you receive it, we will fix our mistake, cover the cost of the new item (of equal or lesser value) and we will even cover the cost of return shipping.

First and foremost, we’re sorry! We’re willing to make it up to you and are able to facilitate either a product return or exchange if you notify us within a month of receiving the damaged product. I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If we hear from you within a month after you receive the wrong product, we will fix our mistake, give you a full refund and even pay for return shipping.

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?

How do I receive my full refund when returning a product?
