Cleaning Pipelines
- Pre-flush pipelines and milking units with large volume of warm potable water.
- Prepare wash solution using proper use dilution of an appropriate chlorinated alkaline cleaner, following label directions carefully. Add 1oz per 4-6 Gallons of water to Boost the Caustic
- Prepare acidified water rinse, using proper use dilution of an appropriate an Acid Rinse. Rinse system and allow to drain.
- Just before milking (no sooner than 30 minutes), sanitize by circulating proper ppm solution of a recommended sanitizer. Drain completely.
- For Shock- treating Buildups in the system, use 1-2oz per gallon of Hot Water, allow to circulate till Temperature drops to 120°, follow with clear water rinse.
