Lobe Pump Cleaner #102™ helps to prevent milk vapors and C.I.P. mists from building up on vacuum pumps. These vapors and mists will end up baking proteins on the rotors of the pump. This build-up reduces internal tolerances, eventually causing the pump to run “rough” and increases the motor amperage. Lobe Pump Cleaner #102™ with its synergistic surfactant system loosens and carries out dirt from the build-up, reducing expensive repairs and downtime. Routine monthly use of Lobe Pump Cleaner #102™ will aid in the longevity of the pump and should be part of the pump’s maintenance schedule.

Directions:

1. Turn system on to standard vacuum level at standard RPM.

2. Allow pump to reach standard temperature.

3. Admit approximately 1 gallon of solution into vacuum intake on pump.

4. Run for 15 minutes after admitting the solution to dry out the system.
