Condensed Whole Milk is obtained through the partial removal of water from Grade A Whole Milk.

  •        Ingredients: Whole Milk
  •        Allergens: Milk
  •        Shelf life: 7 days from date of pasteurization
  •        Kosher: Certificate from the Council of Orthodox Rabbis of Greater Detroit
  •        Halal Certificate: from The Islamic Food & Nutrition Council of America

 

Applications: Yogurt, frozen desserts, cheese products, and dairy blends.  

Packaging: Available in bulk fluid tankers.
