Benefits

Promotes Favorable Plant Economics

  • Highly concentrated formula maximizes cost effectiveness.
  • Liquid formula ensures rapid solubility resulting in less waste.
  • Free-rinsing properties help reduce streaking or spotting and decreases rinse water volumes, reducing overall costs.

Promotes Quality Assurance

  • Combination of chlorine and alkaline builders enable excellent removal of protein, fat and carbohydrate soils.
  • Rapid soil penetration and removal improves cleaning efficiency.
  • Works effectively under most water hardness conditions.

Environmental Implications

  • Low phosphate level enables product use in areas where phosphate restrictions may be of concern.

Directions

Foam Cleaning:

  1. Dismantle equipment for cleaning and pre-rinse to remove all loose soil.
  2. Foam all equipment surfaces with Enforce LP mixed at 2 to 5 oz per gallon (15.6 – 39.1 mL/L) of water. Allow foam to soak 5 to 15 minutes. Do not allow foam to dry.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
  4. Sanitize prior to start-up with an EPA registered product.

Spray Cleaning:

  1. Dismantle equipment for cleaning and pre-rinse to remove all loose soil.
  2. Spray equipment with an Enforce LP solution at a concentration of 1 to 2 oz per gallon (7.8 – 15.6 mL/L) of water.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
  4. Sanitize prior to start-up with an EPA registered product.

Soak Cleaning:

  1. Pre-rinse parts to remove loose soil.
  2. Soak parts in Enforce LP solution at a concentration of 2 to 4 oz per gallon (15.6 – 31.3 mL/L) of water. Water temperature should be 100°F to 120°F (38° – 49°C).3. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
  3. Assemble equipment and sanitize prior to start-up with an EPA registered product.09
