milk quality as well as enforcing penalties for delivering poor quality milk.
Trained Field Staff -
This group of employees provides 24 hour assistance to our members for any on-farm quality
or production concerns.
Certified
Labs - Our 3 laboratories, fully
certified by the FDA, provide expert assistance and technical precision for the analysis
of product quality and safety issues.
Plant Inspections - Our plants are
regularly inspected by both public and private agencies, including the Michigan Department
of Agriculture, FDA, USDA, and NFPA-SAFE.
